For $147.50, a certified plumber/gas fitter will conduct an evaluation to check your homes plumbing and heating systems.
Plumbing Evaluation
A plumbing evaluation entails checking your home water pressure, visual indicators of potential water damage, the life expectancy of your water heater and potential future problems. We’ll also make sure your shut-offs are working properly, and that you know where those shut-offs are located. In the case of a plumbing emergency, knowing where your main water shut off is can save you thousands in potential damage.
Heating Evaluation
When we inspect your heating system we thoroughly check that your furnace/heat pump is being properly maintained and inform you on the age of your heating system. We will also show you your main fuel shut off, whether is be oil or gas – both have shut offs in case of an emergency.
