Why we install Bradford White
Bradford White has built water heaters since 1881. Their tanks use the ICON gas control valve for precise temperature control, FVIR technology that keeps flammable vapours in the tank with 75% less NOx than standard gas heaters, and Microban protection in the Vitraglas lining.
We keep Bradford White tanks in stock, weekends included, so a failed tank doesn't mean days without hot water.

Endless hot water, less space
Rinnai tankless water heaters last up to twice as long as a tank, deliver hot water on demand and free up floor space. We also install the Rinnai heat pump water heater and Rinnai direct vent wall furnaces, with a generous warranty when you buy through Norm's.
