What a weekend at the 40th Annual Silly Boat Regatta!

Watching our team come together to dream up, design, and build this year’s boat was something special. From the first idea to launch day, everyone put in the work, supported one another, and brought so much creativity and heart to the project.

Inspired by the movie Cast Away, our crew created Flushaways, complete with our own version of Wilson.

Seeing all that hard work pay off with a second-place finish made us incredibly proud. But honestly, the best part was watching our team work together and have fun along the way.

Moments like these remind us how lucky we are to work alongside such an amazing group of people.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the event such a success, and to the Nanaimo Child Development Centre for all the important work they do in our community.

We’re already looking forward to next year and seeing what we can create together!
