Who issues permits for a hot water tank replacement in Errington?

Shut off the water to the tank. Find the cold supply valve on top of the tank. If it won't turn, shut the main water valve. Move anything valuable away from the water, then call 250-753-3641.

It can be, if you want endless hot water or the floor space back. Tankless heats on demand, runs more than one shower at a time and has no stored water to flood a basement. Norm's is Nanaimo's only Rinnai Ace Dealer, so our crew has extra training installing them.
