For us at Norm’s Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, community isn’t just a word, it’s the heart of everything we do. Being born and raised right here on Vancouver Island means we don’t just work in these towns, we live here, raise our families here, and care deeply about the people around us.
Community means looking out for each other. It’s about showing up, lending a hand, and doing what’s right even when no one’s watching. That’s why giving back isn’t something we do for recognition, it’s something we believe in. Whether it’s helping provide meals through Tanks for Lunch, supporting palliative care through HVAC for Hospice, or contributing to mental wellness with Forward Fridays, we feel honoured to use our business as a way to give back to those who need it.
As a local company, we’ve been trusted to step into people’s homes for over 50 years. That trust means everything to us. And we believe that with that trust comes a responsibility to not only deliver great service, but to be a positive force in the community that’s supported us for generations.
