We had a thorough and wise investigation of a water leak where the hot water tank was. The attending plumber was wise enough to not assume. It ended up being a water valve for interior water supply as we had recently gone away for a week and when returning had not completely turned it all the way back on. The plumber said sometimes they leak when not turning it all the way on. Plus our water pressure was to high for interior plumbing. Fixed that too. So we had both the exterior in interior water valves replaced plus our 9 year old water tank. We are most pleased with this service plus every single service we have has done previously with Norm’s , being a previous hot water tank replacement 9 years ago and Furnace about the same . Always great advice and service. Plus this last visit was same day. Saved a lot of water damage from further leaking water.
