Been in the trade since 1992.Been with norms going on 6yrs.

What inspired you to get into plumbing/HVAC/your trade?

Dad was in the business, so I followed in his footsteps.

What do you enjoy most about your job or working at Norm’s?

I enjoy the team atmosphere and helping customers so they can enjoy the comforts of their homes.

What’s your approach when working in a customer’s home?

When workingat a customer home I take the time to listen to their concerns, so I can leave them knowing they are satisfied and happy for a job well done in a timely manner.

What do you like to do when you’re not working?

When I’m not at work, kids, grandkids, softball, hockey, and golf are my passions.
