My Name is Shannon and I am a Financial Administrator
How long have you been working in the trades? How long at Norm’s?
I have been working at Norms officially for 1 year but a part of the Norms family for 13 years.
What inspired you to get into plumbing/HVAC/your trade?
After having my second child I decided put more focus on family, and what better way to do that that then put my experience into helping a company that is owned and operated by my family.
What do you enjoy most about your job or working at Norm’s?
The great team in the office and happy customers who come in to say what a great job the team did at their house.
What’s one thing you’re proud of in your career so far?
Being able to help out the team with my office experience, and working towards becoming paperless.
What’s your approach when working in a customer’s home?
While I don’t work in customers homes I like to greet the customers that come into the office with a smile and help them out whenever I can.
What do you like to do when you’re not working?
I enjoy hiking, snowboarding and going to the beach. I have two young children who love to play outside and go on adventures.
Anything else you’d like people to know about you?
I am a very good and competitive board game player that usually gets the win, but sometimes I lose on purpose to keep things exciting.
