1.  What’s your name and job title at Norm’s?

Jason, Journeyman gas fitter.

2.  How long have you been working in the trades? How long at Norm’s?

Trade: 25 years, at Norms for the past 3 months.

3.  What inspired you to get into plumbing/HVAC/your trade?

Was supposed to be a summer job, then I saw myself doing it as a career. I like working with my hands, a variety of work and problem solving.

4.  What do you enjoy most about your job or working at Norm’s?

The team and culture and that Norms is family run.

5.  What’s one thing you’re proud of in your career so far?

I am proud of my work big or small knowing that I’ve put in my fulleffort and craftsmanship into every job I do.

6.  What’s your approach when working in a customer’s home?

Making sure customers “issues” are addressed, as well as fulfilling their expectations.

7.  What do you like to do when you’re not working?

Spending time outdoors with my family. Fishing, hunting, and working on my plane.

8.  Anything else you’d like people to know about you?

I have my pilot license; I own an airplane and am currently building one!
