I started working in the trades in 2020 and joined the Norm’s team in January 2025. - What inspired you to get into HVAC?
I got into the trades because I enjoy working with my hands, solving problems, and using tools and practical skills to find solutions. - What do you enjoy most about your job or working at Norm’s?
I enjoy the team culture most. Everyone genuinely supports each other, helping one another improve every day and deliver exceptional service to every customer. - What’s one thing you’re proud of in your career so far?
I’m proud of how much I’ve learned as an apprentice in residential HVAC. I’m excited to become a journeyman and continue growing my skills in the years to come. - What’s your approach when working in a customer’s home?
I treat every customer’s home like my own, delivering high-quality workmanship and leaving the space spotless when I’m finished. - What do you like to do when you’re not working?
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my girlfriend and our dog, or working on home renovation projects. - Fun fact:
I enjoy supporting junior football in Nanaimo. I’ve spent time coaching and love attending home games to cheer on the Raiders.
