1.  What’s your name and job title at Norm’s?

My name is John and I’m a plumbing apprentice.

2.  How long have you been working in the trades? How long at Norm’s?

I started my plumbing career with Norms and have been with them for almost 2 years.

3.  What inspired you to get into plumbing/HVAC/your trade?

I’ve always wanted to be in the trades but never went for it, until I got an opportunity to work for Norms as a plumber.

4.  What do you enjoy most about your job or working at Norm’s?

I’ve always liked helping the community and meeting different people when I’m out on calls, and working alongside my coworkers.

5.  What’s one thing you’re proud of in your career so far?

I’m proud of the progress I’ve made since working for Norms.

6.  What’s your approach when working in a customer’s home?

When working in a customer’s home, I always make sure that the customer is content with the work provided.

7.  What do you like to do when you’re not working?

On my off days I’m usually spending time with family or friends.
