My heat pump wasn’t working during the hot days this week. I called and the very next day Rod was there repairing it. Was very knowledgeable and informative and explained everything. The unit was fixed and my family and I are cool again. Very prompt and attentive service. Thank you

We asked Norm's Plumbing and Heating to connect a new water line to our home.They were great.The technician (Devon) was wonderful. On the day of the appointment, he let us know when he was on his way to our home. He arrived on time. He was very efficient, professional and he did a great job. He even went above and beyond by making useful and practical suggestions for a better location for our Pressure Reduction Valve and the main shut off valve.In the past, we have hired Norm's to replace our gas water heater and to service our gas furnace and have always been happy with their work.We'll call Norm's again, without hesitation.

My toilet developed a small leak so they were sub contracted to come check it out. They arrived right in the middle of their 3-5pm appt time. The plumber was super nice and explained what he did and the way it was fixed. They are a great plumbing company. When I get my new hot water tank I will be calling them again.
