I am from England and emigrated to Canada 10 years ago. While in England, I had gained 15 years of plumbing experience, where I also received my Red Seal certificate. I enjoy working for Norm’s on the service and repair side as I get the chance to meet lots of interesting people. In my spare time, I enjoy exploring new places with my family, and our pet Beagle at our tow.
John Donovan helps Norms organize our shop and ensure products are put away properly and efficiently. He is our go to guy when we need something done around here. John was born and raised in Nanaimo, and lives here with his wife and 4 children. John is a big part of our team.
Todd Wilson has been with Norms for over 2 years. He brings with us his over 25 years of experience in multiple specialties, such as, oil burning, heat pumps, gas fitting, and boilers. You may recognize him as he used to own his own oil furnace repair company where he would be your first call for repairs on cold nights. We’re so glad to have him on our team.
Braeden Doerkson is our soon-to-be Journeyman Refrigeration tech, and is looking forward to finishing school this fall!. Since joining Norms 3 years ago, he has proven himself to be a fast learner, a hard worker, and great energy around our shop. He prides himself on quality workmanship and customer service. We look forward to having Braeden on our team for years to come.
Dean Burke is likely a face you’ve seen before. He is instrumental to our team as our Sheet metal / Ductwork Specialist. Dean has been with us for over 10 years installing furnaces, ductwork, range hood vents, and anything related to ducting. He is a great part of our team and we’re lucky to have him.
