What inspired you to get into plumbing/HVAC/your trade?

I’ve always been drawn to hands-on work and solving real-world problems. In this trade, every day brings something new from helping families make their homes more comfortable to finding energy-efficient solutions that truly make a difference.

What inspires me most is knowing that plumbing and HVAC aren’t just about fixing systems they’re about improving comfort, safety, and quality of life. That’s something I’m proud to be part of every day.

What do you enjoy most about your job or working at Norm’s?

What makes working at Norm’s the best place to work is the people. The team here truly feels like family everyone looks out for one another, and there’s a genuine pride in the work we do. On top of that, the homeowners we get to serve every day make it all worthwhile. Their trust in us allows us to keep doing what we love: helping people make their homes safer, more efficient, and more comfortable.

What’s one thing you’re proud of in your career so far?

I came to Norm’s with a long background in sales, but what I’ve grown to love here is that it’s not about selling it’s about advising. At Norm’s, the focus is on helping people make the right choice for their home, at their own pace. That shift from sales to service is something I’m truly proud to be part of.

What’s your approach when working in a customer’s home?

For me, it’s all about creating a custom solution to solve a unique problem because every home and every family is different. My goal is to listen, understand their situation, and then show homeowners the path that makes the most sense for them. I focus on offering insight and information so they can make an informed decision that truly fits their needs and what’s best for their family.

What do you like to do when you’re not working?

When I’m not working, I love spending time outdoors with my two kids, Keeper and Kade, and my amazing wife, Ashley. Whether it’s hockey, fishing, or waterskiing, we’re always up to something together staying active and making the most of our time outside.
